1. Shipping Policy

We deliver to Bengaluru. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout based on your provided address. If your location is outside our delivery zones, you will be notified during the order process.
1.2 Delivery Timelines
- Orders are typically processed within 2 hours of placement.
- Delivery is estimated to occur within next day from dispatch, depending on your location and our delivery partners’ schedules.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed due to factors like weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
- You will receive a confirmation email or notification with tracking details (if available) once your order is dispatched.
1.3 Delivery Process
- Accurate Address: You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including any relevant landmarks or instructions.
- Recipient Availability: Someone must be available to receive the order at the specified address. We are not responsible for spoilage if the delivery is left unattended due to your absence or incorrect address details.
- Perishable Goods: Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders must be inspected upon receipt. Report any issues (e.g., damaged or spoiled items) within 24 hours of delivery.
1.4 Delivery Fees
- Delivery fees, if applicable, are calculated based on your location and order size. Fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.
- Free delivery may be offered for orders above ₹400, subject to promotional terms.
- Additional fees may apply for expedited or same-day delivery, if available.
1.5 Order Modifications
- Once an order is placed, modifications (e.g., changing items or delivery address) may not be possible after 2 hours or once the order is dispatched.

1.6 Non-Delivered Orders

2. Returns and Refunds Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruits, vegetables, eggs, and mushrooms, we only accept returns for:
- Defective or Spoiled Items: Products that are damaged, rotten, or otherwise unfit for consumption upon delivery.
- Incorrect Items: Products that do not match your order.
- Missing Items: Items listed in your order but not included in the delivery.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products that have been consumed, improperly stored, or damaged after delivery.
- Items returned due to personal taste or preference (e.g., not liking the flavor or appearance of a fruit).
2.2 Reporting Issues
