By accessing or using Evergreen Farms e-commerce platform The Good Crop, which offers fresh fruits, vegetables, eggs, and mushrooms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Pricing: All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Perishable Goods: Due to the perishable nature of our products:
- You must provide a valid delivery address and ensure someone is available to receive the order.
- We are not responsible for spoilage if the delivery is left unattended due to incorrect address details or failure to receive the order.
- Inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues (e.g., damaged or spoiled goods) within 24 hours of delivery.
Delivery Areas: We deliver to Bangalore. Check availability at checkout.
Delivery Fees: Delivery fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

7. Returns and Refunds

Perishable Goods Policy: Due to the nature of fresh fruits, vegetables, eggs, and mushrooms, returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with details and photos of the issue.

11. Termination

Upon termination, your account and order history may be deleted, subject to applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

Evergreen Farms/The Good Crop is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, supplier issues, or transportation disruptions.

17. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Evergreen Farms/The Good Crop.
Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms freely.
